I’ve been running into a lot of Eleanor Roosevelt quotes lately. I believe this is a good one for the spirit of the day. “A good leader inspires people to have confidence in the leader. A great leader inspires people to have confidence in themselves.”
May our workforce be made up of a lot of great leaders, at every level of every organization.
Here’s to the labor force that keeps our country going! May your work be productive and fulfilling.
I hate boxes....usually. Sometimes I fit, often I don't. You too? I used to want to fit in, but now I usually don't. I want to be me. Not far out there, but not quite the norm. I believe we should celebrate the unique in ourselves. I love travel, adventure, hot air balloons, live music, and kind, smart, and interesting people. Have been described as quirky and I quite like it. I love writing because it helps clear out my brain!

I believe Labour Day was a creation of the different Unions for workers such as, auto, steel workers, etc.,
In Canada one political party was greatly supported by the Unions across Canada.
